BEFORE START
Confirm the access point before you start
The entire setup flow is coordinated through the user panel. Account creation, plan management, subscription retrieval, and client access are all handled there. This page does not provide static installation packages or display a subscription address for direct use. This helps prevent selecting a file for the wrong platform and ensures that the client receives the valid configuration for the current account.
Before starting, confirm which operating system you will use and keep a browser window open that can access the user panel. QhVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. This guide focuses on the main flow for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Linux interfaces depend on the client you choose; after completing your account and plan setup, see FAQs for relevant guidance.
Do not manually edit the subscription before setup is complete, and do not repeatedly open the subscription link as if it were a normal webpage. The link lets the client read the route configuration. The correct order is to complete account and plan setup, copy the link from the user panel, and then paste it into the client’s subscription import screen. Keeping this order makes later troubleshooting more straightforward.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
Create an account and save your login details
After opening the QhVPN account creation page, enter the username you plan to use long term and set a password. No email address is required. Your username and password are the main credentials for accessing the user panel, checking plan status, and retrieving a subscription. Before submitting, make sure the username is easy to identify and the password is stored securely, so the client import process is not interrupted while you look for your account details.
After you submit the account details, the page may open the user panel or direct you back to the sign-in page. If you see the sign-in screen, use the username and password you just set. Once inside the panel, first confirm that the current account is shown at the top of the page or in the account overview, then continue to plan selection. There is no need to look for a subscription yet: before a plan is configured, the subscription area may not show usable content. This is normal.
If your browser autofills an old account, check the username before submitting. Multiple devices can use the same account, but each device should retrieve its subscription from the current account’s user panel rather than reuse a configuration saved from another account. Once you can reliably access the panel, account creation is complete. The next step is choosing a plan based on your actual data needs.
Account access
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account.
PLAN SELECTION
Choose a plan by data allowance
After signing in, open the plans section. QhVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date, making these plans suitable for regular use with a fixed monthly allowance. Base your choice on your usual usage rather than a single session; video, system updates, and large file transfers generally use more data than text webpages.
If you prefer to use a fixed total allowance, choose a permanent, non-expiring data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages are measured differently from monthly subscriptions. Before confirming the order, check the plan name, allowance, and price again so that a monthly reset plan is not confused with a permanent data package.
After confirming the plan, open the order page and complete payment with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT as offered on the page. After payment, return to the user panel rather than relying only on the payment page to determine whether the configuration is ready to import. Use the plan status in the panel as the source of truth: proceed to subscription retrieval once the account overview shows the selected plan and available data. QhVPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for the applicable rules.
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If your current goal is simply to complete the first connection, choose a tier based on a clear data estimate; plan changes do not need to be handled in the client. Plans, orders, and data are managed in the user panel, while the client only reads the configuration and establishes the connection.
Plan access
Check the billing method, data allowance, and payment amount before submitting the order.
SUBSCRIPTION SOURCE
Copy the subscription link from the user panel
Once the plan status is active, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription information area and confirm that the remaining data and plan name match your selection. Then use the copy function provided in that section. The link will be placed on the system clipboard; switch to the client and paste it in the next step.
A subscription link is usually an address containing identification parameters. This guide uses an obviously fake value only to illustrate the format, for example:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above cannot be used to connect. In actual use, copy the content provided by the user panel for the current account. Do not assemble it manually, remove parameters, or replace the sample text and try to use it. If the copy button gives no visible feedback, paste the link once into the client’s import field to check that the full address appears, then continue saving it.
The subscription link provides the route configuration for the current account and should be handled as carefully as your login credentials. Do not publish it on a public page or share it with unrelated people. To configure another device, sign in to the same user panel and copy the link again; there is no need to store it long term in public chat history. QhVPN supports unlimited devices, but each device should use the subscription associated with the currently valid plan.
If the account overview does not show subscription information, refresh the panel and check the order status again. If it is still unavailable, do not search for a so-called “universal subscription”; submit an issue through the user panel’s ticket area. For systematic checks of order status, subscription updates, or panel display issues, see the subscription update section in the troubleshooting guide.
Subscription access
Copy the current account’s subscription from the account overview; do not use a configuration from a public source.
CLIENT IMPORT
Import the subscription into the client
Before importing, get the QhVPN client that matches your operating system from the client downloads area in the user panel. Installation and subscription delivery are handled through the panel; this page does not provide a static file address. Once the client is open, do not create routes one by one. Find the subscription management screen and let the client read the complete link copied in the previous step.
WINDOWS
Windows desktop client
After opening the Windows client, look in the main window, sidebar, or top menu for “Subscription management,” “Configuration management,” or “Import subscription.” Choose the option to add from a URL, then paste the complete subscription link from the clipboard into the address field. You can name it QhVPN to distinguish it from other local configurations.
After saving, choose “Update subscription” or a similar option. Once the client finishes reading the link, a list of regional routes should appear in the main interface. Do not adjust advanced rules yet; keep the client’s default mode, select a route that suits your purpose, and return to the main interface to connect. If the list is empty, recopy the subscription and update it before trying to add nodes manually.
MACOS
macOS desktop client
In the macOS client, the subscription option may be under the menu bar icon, the app settings, or a configuration section. Open the relevant menu, choose “Add subscription” or “Import from URL,” paste the link copied from the user panel, and save it. If the system requests permission for a network connection, confirm it when prompted; otherwise, the client may read the routes but be unable to establish a system-level connection.
After the subscription update finishes, select the QhVPN entry in the configuration list and open the route selector. For first-time use, keep the default network rules and verify the basic connection first. If the app stays in the menu bar, click its menu bar icon to access the connection toggle, current route, and subscription update options.
ANDROID
Android mobile client
After opening the Android client, enter subscription management from the home-screen add button or sidebar. Choose import via URL, paste the complete subscription link into the input field, and save it. Return to the subscription list, select the newly added QhVPN configuration, and update it so the client retrieves the current routes.
When you start the connection for the first time, the system displays a VPN connection authorization prompt. Confirm the authorization so the client can pass the selected traffic through the connection channel. Authorization alone does not mean the connection is active; return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection. If the connection stops easily after switching apps, allow the client to keep running in the system’s app battery settings. For more detailed background operation guidance, see the connection section in the FAQs.
IOS
iOS mobile client
Open the iOS client access point from the user panel and prepare the client. Then look in the app for “Add subscription,” “Import from URL,” or clipboard import. Paste the subscription link, save it, and update the route list. If the app asks for clipboard access, allow this paste so it can read the address you just copied.
On the first connection, iOS will ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm it in the system interface, return to the client, choose a route, and start the connection. A VPN indicator in the system status area only shows that the configuration has started; complete verification in the next stage by checking the exit region and the target service’s actual response.
The core logic is the same across all four platforms: add the subscription, update the configuration, choose a route, and start the connection. Interface labels may differ, but the data flow does not. If the client reports an invalid link format, return to the user panel and copy the link again. If an update fails, confirm that the plan is still valid, then review the troubleshooting flow for failed subscription updates. Do not create multiple subscriptions with the same name, or it will be difficult to tell which configuration the client is using.
Client access
After signing in, get the client and the current account subscription for your device’s operating system.
CONNECTION CHECK
Choose a route and verify the connection
After the subscription updates successfully, choose a route based on the target service’s region. For content tied to a specific region, select that region. For general cross-border access, start with a route near your location that opens webpages smoothly in practice. The region in a route name indicates its exit location and does not guarantee that every target service will return identical content, so judge the result by the target page itself.
After selecting a route, return to the client’s main interface, start the connection, and wait for the status to change to “Connected” or an equivalent message. Once confirmed, open the browser. Do not repeatedly refresh the target website while the connection is switching. For pages that were already open, close the old tab and open the page again to reduce false results caused by an old session, cache, or existing connection continuing along the previous path.
During verification, first check that the exit region matches the selected route, then open the website or app you intend to use. If the exit region has changed and the target service loads normally, the basic configuration is working. If the client reports a successful connection but the exit result has not changed, disconnect and reconnect first. Confirm that the selected route is one from the newly updated subscription, and check whether another network tool is using a similar connection on the system.
If webpages open but some apps show no change, the issue is usually beyond the initial setup flow. Record the operating system, the client’s current status, the selected route region, the affected app, and any visible error message, then open the app routing section in the troubleshooting guide. Complete information is easier to diagnose than simply saying that it does not work.
DAILY OPERATION
Keep the configuration traceable for ongoing use
After the first verification, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, and starting the connection. There is no need to add the subscription again each time; update the existing subscription when the route list changes or the client says the configuration needs updating. Keeping one clearly named QhVPN subscription is easier to maintain than repeatedly importing duplicate configurations.
When switching devices, follow the same order: sign in to the user panel, copy the subscription, import it into the client, and verify the connection. QhVPN supports unlimited devices, so you do not need a separate account for each device. Data is counted centrally for the same account: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages retain their remaining allowance until it is used.
When speeds change, first try another route in the same region and compare its performance with the target service. If you cannot connect, webpages fail after connection, disconnections occur frequently, subscription updates fail, or the mobile client stops in the background, do not change every client option at random. Follow the symptoms into the troubleshooting guide and check the client status, route, system permissions, and target service step by step to preserve a clear diagnostic path.
When submitting a ticket, open the ticket area from the user panel and include the operating system, client type, route region when the issue occurred, visible error messages, and the checks you have already completed. Do not submit the subscription link itself. This helps support determine whether the issue is related to account status, subscription updates, client import, or the connection stage, reducing repeated questions.
The lightweight setup flow is now complete. This page covers only the necessary path from account creation to connection verification. Route principles, complex failures, app routing, and long-term connection issues are handled separately by the FAQs and the troubleshooting guide.
