Service Scope and Applicability

QhVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, subscription configuration, route connections, and related support features. Available routes, client access points, subscription status, and remaining traffic are determined by the information shown in the user panel at that time.

Routes are used to improve connection paths when accessing international websites and related network services. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user's location network, access provider, device environment, target service status, and route maintenance. QhVPN does not promise that any route will remain suitable for every target website, application, or region, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted connections.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change the password promptly and check the account status.

The service has no device limit, and users may use an active subscription on devices they manage themselves. No device limit does not mean that an account may be publicly distributed. Accounts, subscription details, and access credentials are for the account holder only and may not be resold, rented, given away, or shared with unrelated third parties. Splitting subscriptions, distributing them in bulk, or otherwise offering the service again as a standalone product is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are converted according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription benefits are based on the package confirmed on the purchase page; users should verify the package, traffic, and billing details before submitting payment. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

Lawful Use and Account Security

When using QhVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location from which the service is accessed, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and platforms. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' legitimate rights, malicious traffic, attacks on network systems, distribution of illegal content, or disruption of other users' normal connections.

Users must not attempt unauthorized access to QhVPN management systems, interfaces, servers, or other accounts, or affect service operations through automated abuse, malicious testing, resource consumption, or similar means. Security issues caused by user device configurations, credential handling, or third-party software should first be investigated and addressed by the user.

Availability and Liability

QhVPN may adjust available routes, connection methods, and user panel features based on route quality, maintenance needs, and network conditions. Maintenance, upstream network failures, target service changes, network congestion, force majeure, or other events beyond reasonable control may temporarily make some features unavailable. Necessary adjustments will be announced on the website or in the user panel.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QhVPN is not responsible for connection results caused by the user's own network quality, device failures, changes to third-party platform rules, or interruptions to target services. Users should save important materials themselves and confirm connection status before making payments, publishing content, or handling important business. These liability limits do not affect rights that users are legally entitled to and that cannot be excluded.

Termination, Refunds, and Updates

In cases involving violations of laws or regulations, subscription resale or sharing, infringement of others' rights, attacks on service systems, malicious resource consumption, or other serious breaches of these terms, QhVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend an account, or terminate service according to the level of risk. When a subscription expires or available traffic is exhausted, the corresponding connection benefits will also stop according to the package status.

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Once the refund is completed, the corresponding subscription benefits will end. Where the law provides otherwise, applicable law will govern.

QhVPN may update these terms due to changes in service content, compliance requirements, or operational processes. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content; users who disagree should stop using the service. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
