This policy explains how QhVPN handles relevant data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Data processing is limited to account management, service delivery, system operation, and necessary obligations. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read the rules described in this policy.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
Account registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. QhVPN stores the username, securely processed password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, permission checks, and service delivery. If a user voluntarily submits additional information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected subscription or traffic package, payment status, transaction identifier, creation and completion times, and refund or dispute status. These records are retained to confirm service entitlements, verify payment results, handle after-sales issues, and maintain accounting records.
Website analytics may include page visits, referring pages, browser and device types, basic network information, and interaction events. This data is used to check whether pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve information structure. It is not used to build cross-site browsing profiles.
No Logs and Connection Data
QhVPN does not record which websites users visit, or retain web content, search queries, communications, or histories that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service also does not use users' network access records for advertising analytics or profiling.
When establishing connections, assigning service permissions, and measuring package usage, the system processes transient technical states required to maintain a session. By default, it does not create persistent connection logs linked to a username. Information generated temporarily for troubleshooting or security handling is cleared when the session ends, the issue is resolved, or it is no longer needed for operation; it does not enter a long-term browsing profile.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data maintains login sessions, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. It is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After clearing it, the login state and saved preferences may no longer be available, requiring the account to be verified again or settings to be selected again. Disabling necessary storage may also affect normal use of the user panel.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Boundaries
QhVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider or blockchain network. Account information, payment credentials, and risk-control data required for payment are received by the relevant processor under its own rules. QhVPN does not directly store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.
QhVPN receives and stores the payment result, transaction identifier, and order status required to verify completed orders. Third-party processors are responsible for data they collect independently. Before paying, users should also review their privacy notices and service rules.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Disclosure
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order records are retained for accounting reconciliation, refund and dispute handling, and necessary compliance obligations. Access analytics are deleted or de-identified after aggregate results are produced or the data no longer serves an analytical purpose. Support ticket information is cleared after the request is completed and no further tracking is needed.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with them. QhVPN verifies account ownership and carries out deletion or de-identification when there are no outstanding orders, disputes, or necessary retention obligations. Records related to service security, legal obligations, or valid disputes may be retained until the relevant purpose ends.
Except where needed to complete payments, provide essential infrastructure, handle a user's direct request, or fulfill applicable obligations, QhVPN does not disclose account information to unrelated parties. Service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to complete the assigned work.
Policy Updates
This policy may change due to updates to service processes, storage methods, or applicable rules. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised accordingly. If a change materially affects account information, connection data, or user rights, QhVPN will provide notice through a visible on-site message.
Continuing to use the service after a policy update indicates that you understand the updated content. If you have questions about data processing or need to submit a data request, contact support through the ticket entry in the user panel.
